This product DOES NOT work. I purchased this product in April 2009. It has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee with 100% refund. I returned the item within the 30 day time frame with all the necessary requirements. It is now Oct 2009, I still do not have my refund. I have made 10 phone calls to customer service, written 3 emails, contacted the BBB and still no response. None!
If you purchase this product, plan to keep it even though it doesn't remove the hair. You will not get your money back and the company will have the item AND your money.
