I used to take these kind of online reviews with a pinch of salt thinking they had been cooked up by rivals of the business reviewed. Boy have I learnt a lesson! Read and learn!
Paid online for a TV on 27 August. Money deducted immediately from account. Both the website and a phonecall (to a premium rate 0871 number) assured me the item was in stock. Cut a long story short, over the next fortnight loads of emails and phone calls and just constant excuses. I eventually ask for a refund and three weeks later that still hasn't come through. Thank god I paid through credit card. I don't know why they treat their customers this way, surely they know they will get reviews like this? Anyway, steer clear.
