NEVER.....EVER buy a car from Arnold Clark!

I have never had such bad customer service from a company. When you are buying the car eveything is fine..until something goes wrong with it, then they could not care less!

We have had problem after problem with our car, and they never call you to tell you what work they have or haven't done on it. We are constantly chasing them and the management are disgraceful. How on earth is this company still operating?

They have now had our car for 4 weeks, needless to say every week we were "supposed" to get it back...wrong! service department is a joke. I have spoken to employees of Arnold Clark who say they wouldn't even buy from their own employer as they know what goes on.

Thinking to just report them to trading standards, nothing else seems to be working. If it wasn't for the fact that we would loose money on our car with trading it in, we would have given it back ages ago. A lesson learned, arnold clark is a NO NO!
