Asked Homebase for a 3 piece suite to be delivered and first of all everything seemed fine. I was pleasantly surprised that they delivered within a couple of days.

That is it though. The delivery service is appaling. They expect you to carry in heavy items because of health and safety they are not allowed to do it.

Left with the 3 piece suite on the road because I couldn't do it myself.
