I have been trying to cancel for 5 months now. Milton Keynes Bannatynes is run by children. They have "lost" 3 cancellation letters and i'm still no closer to cancelling my membership. How are they getting away with it. Duncan Bannatyne should be ashamed to put his name to this poor excuse of a business. WORST GYM, WORST SERVICE AND THE LEAST PROFFESIONAL ORGANISATION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! If you are thinking about joining Bannatynes DON'T DO IT!
