i ordered a limo for my fiance for our two year anniversary and the glass inside was absoloutley filthy, i complained and after two weeks of waiting for a reply all they had to say was they can't do anything about it. i think Limo Broker has no respect for their customers.

    We apologise if you felt that your vehicle was unclean. We have discussed the matter with the supplier on the day and they admit that one of the mirrored surfaces was not cleaned of fingerprints and that a couple of cd's had come loose from their holder and were on the floor of the vehicle when you enterred.

    We are sorry if this effected your experience but you did have full use of the vehicle.

    Totally agree, once they have your money they have no care or respect for their customers. Not once do they even attempt to apologise sincerely!

    Abysmal service
