Just plain dire to deal with. Europcar are Watch out for extras and we didn't get the car we ordered. They said we could call back and change our car (it was covered in scratches and scrapes when we picked it up)but wouldn't. Their customer services 'lady' was rude, sarcastic and unpleasant so I can only warn you to try some of the others, but be aware that they are a group and several 'names' are in the one office, so escaping them might not be so easy. Dealing with them has been the worst experience I have had in years and trying to talk to anyone their to explain how and why they are in the wrong is impossible. They will bully you until you pay their extras charges, so settle when you leave the car. Or better still, go elsewhere and save the strain.
