Collection process with Thrifty Car Rental was easy, didn't feel pressured to purchase any add-ons. Rented a Dodge Charger which was perfect for us - roomy and very clean and was actually relatively economical. Only complaint would be the compulsory, excessively-priced, pre-paid tank of fuel although admittedly it was nice not to have to worry about finding a gas station when I was shattered after a 9 hour flight and trying to get used to driving in a different country. Added another driver half way through our holiday and this was done with minimal hassle although there was some confusion on the behalf of Thrifty's helpline as to where we could make this amendment to our policy - this did mean we ended up at the wrong location but it wasn't a big deal. We would use Thrifty again.
