Good Points

They had stuff you could actually see and touch. They appeared knowledgable.


Bad Points

My computer was about 11 months old, just about to the 1 year warranty period when the CPU fan would make a noise for the first minute when turned on. Techtronics would not replace the fan if I brought it in for exchange, despite the fact I am an electronics tech and, as you know, it doesn't take much effort to replace the fan. Unplugging the unit and carting it 100 miles for replacement of the fan was too much effort so I changed it out of my own stock!


General Comments

My experience, and that of others dealing with Techtronics, indicates that you might as well consider there is no warranty on their products unless it is expensive and blatently dies or has to be replaced. Otherwise, fix it youself and save the hasle.
