I have noticed a couple of 4 and 5 star ratings and believe these must be from the bosses of Esporta [employees wouldn't do this]. I cannot honestly believe anyone who has suffered being a member could give anything like this. It is very sad that after bad publicity on the TV and a continuing flow or complaints from customers that Esporta still does not listen to its members.
