Got 5 tickets with my tesco club card points for alton towers. Long queue to get on the monorail to the main entrance. I would rather have walked but the kids were having none of it! Once in the park, we had no queues all day. Kids went on every ride, they went on Oblivion and pin ball 4 times!!!!!! Nemesis, ripsaw, Rapids, runaway train, Rita and air twice!!!!!! The longest they had to wait for any ride was 10 minutes for the Charlie and the Choc factory.
I would recommend anyone to go during school term time, we were lucky to have an inset day so perfect for us. The food was cheap and good. Pizza pasta buffet was excellent value. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, happy to help and pleasant.
Loved shark bait reef, WOW!
My only grumble is paying £5 to park my car, this needs addressing.
Super day, could have wished for anything better.
