My first and my last purchase from Furniture today.
Purcahsed Cameo painted low foot end bed.
Appalling customer service from Furniture Today. Their website documents that they will send an email to confirm the order and that you would receive a phone call to confirm delivery and choice of am or pm delivery, I didn't get either. I did however receive an email with confirmation and delivery date on the same day that they delivered the bed!

On making up the bed (good product, value for money) there were 5 pieces damaged so I contacted them via email to ask for compensation not a new bed as we had already made the bed up and did not want the hassle and stress/time of another possible delivery or another damaged bed. Without any communication I then received a another delivery (I assume another replacement bed) but there was no paperwork. On calling Furniture today they denied even sending anything to me (not on the computer system)! After several attempts to contact customer services with them denieing they had received my emails (had sent three with photos of damaged bed)I eventually spoke to someone in the office not after sales which was somebody else who was useless and I refused to deal with them. It was agreed that I would be refunded £20.00 and they would collect the bed. We arranged a collection date but TNT came at 2.30pm rather than between 3 -6pm which had been arranged so I called again and arranged another time. the second time it was collected but in the mean time I received an email stating the refund would be made to my account within 3 days and then another saying I would not get a refund until they received the bed back that they send me! I checked with my credit card company and fortunately they had already made the refund.

I then received two more emails saying "We would like to confirm you have received your spare parts successfully and they are in good condition" and then a third email saying "Please ignore last email.
I would like to confirm that the collection went well with your parts. If you could email me."

Whe whole experience was hopeless.
