what can i say!! i got married on the 8th August 2009 and booked a new bentley. the car never turned up, the driver kept refusing my calls on the wedding day, and when i got in touch with the company they said he was stuck in traffic!!! well, we fond out there was no traffic, and apparentley!!!! he got lost on the M25 and then got quite close to the hotel where he was meant to pick us up and couldnt find it so turned around and went home, all with no communication!!! some how dont believe he even bothered to step out of the house! It ruined the start of my wedding day, i was 45 mins late!

    Practically exactly the same thing happened to me on our wedding day, he was to late for the first two pick-ups, and made it just in time to bring the bride to the church, the bridesmaids had to walk in the drizzle ! I've been in contact for some money back, but their just passing the buck with exactly the same excuses.
    Been trying to get hold of the Managing Director, but 'he doesn't speak to customers' what a disgusting service £650 for a third of the job they were supposed to do.
