Like most other comments totally fed up with Aviva. Took my car Insurance with them they asked for proof of NCD which i have sent, twice only to get a letter to say it was no good even though it is a current certificate of insurance. I asked if they would send it back since its no good to them and they have refused, saying they need to keep it on file. If its no good to them why are they refusing to send it back? Customer service is a joke will not be renewing with them and will not recommend them to any one.
