Ordered a B & Q kitchen in May 2009. After we paid the £50.00 design fee, we were asked to pay the full price and did not realise there was a 12 week lead time so they had all our money for 3 months. When they finally turned up, they were there for two or three days, then went away to do another job. Some of the units were missing yet they had 3 months to check the order. Once fitters were there, they worked but when they went away, we didn't know when they were coming back. Kitchen took 3 weeks to finish. Should have been 7 days. Some units remain damaged. Date of warranty is incorrect. Have asked for compensation but even two letters of complaint have not been acknowledged.
