No wonder everyone the reviews here are so bad on Supercover! I came all the way here to report how bad the company were and how lame the processing team are. Waste my time, money and still without a replacement phone.

Big time wasters! Stay away from them totally and get insured from your network service provider, when you go for cheap insurance - the company and people who work there are cheap too. Keep dragging a claim forever and want you to call their premium number. I see that I have spent more than the phone's cost and still couldn't get a phone.
