Terrible customer service. Bought Vango tent which was faulty. Had to email returns twice to get a reply in which they asked for a date to collect the item - despite sending 3 emails in reponse we never got a reply (the last being >10 days from the date of the first) so had to ring. Customers services were a. unhelpful and b. unapologetic...we are still waiting for our refund 2 weeks after returning the tent. Will never use Sports Direct again.
