Never trusted TV shopping channels, but in a weak moment ordered a Ryobi Multi Tool and accessories from Ideal World. Whilst model listed (RLT30HT) on invoice matched the model received it wasn't the same model as demonstrated (not touch button start). When I spoke to their Customer Services, no managers available, no way of checking what was actually shown on programme! Couldn't stop laughing when the rep said I could lodge a complaint and the complaints team "might" phone back! What a slip of the tongue! At that point said I would never order from them again and would spread the word about my experience. As for the Ryobi, its supposed "Pick of the Day" value was the about same I could have got it for locally from an expensive independent. At least the pruning tool attachment I got seems to be genuine Ryobi, unlike other more unlucky customers of "Less than Ideal World" who have received generic items.
