I would not recommend 1st Central Car Insurance to anyone,I made a few adjustments mid-policy which brought by policy down, on the phone ,first amount was more and then suddenly they were incapable of honouring the price given, they might be cheap but have no customer service skills what so ever and consequently I will not consider them on renewal even if they are cheapest.

UK based call centres would be great but they still seem incapable of understanding their own language please be careful when considering them!
