I've been using BT Broadband for over 5 years, and have never had a problem. After reading these previous reviews, it looks as though I should consider myself lucky!
I've never had any downtime, and my connection has always been constant. My only gripe would be slightly slower speeds than expected, but I had this all explained to me by customer services, and it's due to the distance between my house and the exchange. The speed I get now is perfectly adequate for what I need it for.
The cost is comparative to other companies. I'd recommend using BT Broadband. They're an established company, customer service was satisfactory, and I've had no problems... so far!
