Pay monthly, overcharged

Hi,
I've been with Vodafone for 5 years, first 2 on pay as you go. I have renewed my pay monthly contract once to change my telephone and I was satisfied (so was my partner) with the service they provided. Few bits and bobs which all companies have. But I went on fieldwork abroad and used my inclusive minutes to call back to UK and in that country. I was super charged at 340/ month, for 2 months instead of the usual £ 25. I specifically asked what they mean by abolished roaming charges as I did not want to use my mobile at all. I wish i bought a SIM card there but now it's too late. I trusted them. Over the phone, I was assured that it would come from my inclusive minutes, with no extra charges. They removed the charge when I called again and then I found it again on the bank statement, as they have 'forgotten' to send me a bill for 4 months. If the roaming charges had nothing to do with my inclusive minutes, I should have been charged £ 0.75/connection charge and then take my inclusive minutes, as they've always done in the last years. I can laugh now...or desperately cry as they took £ 340 from the bank account, and they are going to do it again this month. When I asked the reasons for over charging me, the lady just went from one excuse to the other, nothing realistical. Appalling services, I've just woken up to see their real face... I might never get a refund, but promise never to be a Vodafone customer again. Or my partner. And I will make sure I tell everybody about the so called Customer Care. Cheap excuses. Customer care and Vodafone don't fit comfortably in the same sentence.
