FastCarhire is a complete joke. I have never written a review before butI urge you not to consider using them. My booking was confirmed at a rate of £90.00 only to be changes to £114, then £115 after I had paid my deposit and my car hire excess. I have been waiting since 23rd september to get any further help out of customer services who are non contactable by phone and only rarely return your type written messages via their website.

I am left completely in the dark before this car hire and wish I had never had the lack of common sense to book with them in the first place
