I am a member at David Lloyd, Cheam. Its is a great family club but I am particularly upset with one of their receptionist in particular, whose rude and inconsiderate. She makes my trip to the gym a very depressing especially when she's the first person you meet as you enter the club.
I feel that its a very money minded gym, charging £7.50 entrance fee for outsiders who wish to dine in the club.
I received a later yesterday, informing me of my gym membership price increase(Again). I have tried to speak to the sales person requesting for a special package since I am only in London during weekends and work in the Midlands during the week.
Their response was ,there's nothing we can you, you can write us a letter to terminate your membership.
I did just that. I terminated my membership immediately.
