Had a faulty phone so called Orange customer services explained fault and they said it would have to be replaced via my insurance with a 15 quid admin charge which was fair enough then my phone broke again called up was told its another 15 quid charge explained i had it a month was told it didn't matter but said i could get a free upgrade anyhow for some reason i ended up on disconections and i explained i wanted a cheaper deal with the phone i was looking at and he said i would need to pay 10 quid towards the phone i was unable as i didn't have me card so the guy said just phone back later
i called back an hr later and explained to another guy who said i'll just check your account then cut me off called back again only to be told i couldn't have that phone on that plan terrible customer service from a compay i have been with for 9 yrs. i'm taking my custom elsewhere.
