Here's what happened in one order:

I had a low order price, but when it came time to send one item, they said it was out-of-stock and so they cancelled and refunded. I checked their website and the book was in stock, but for a higher price.

Second item: again, I pre-ordered for a cheap price. I even received a notice that my order had been received and was being packed, and I would receive it within a couple of days. A few days later, I get a notice saying my item had been cancelled and refunded. I checked their website and Amazon, and the item was in stock--of course, for a higher price.

They are too quick to cancel and refund so that you have to re-order at a higher price!

Their packaging (if a book does eventually get sent to you) is not as good as Amazon's, so books often arrive damaged!
