I've used dialaphone twice - 18 months ago I got a Samsung F210 on O2, plus a free 17" Samsung LCD TV. All arrived ok. After reading some of the reviews on here I was nearly put off using them again but have just got an HTC Hero on Orange and can't fault the service - phone arrived next day and really pleased with the deal. I guess when their systems work they work well but if you are unlucky and have to use customer services, you are really unlucky!
