I have just come onto these reviews as I was curious about this company following an incident a few years ago when 'COUNTRY BOOKSHOP' STOLE money from me!!
It was around 5 years ago and I argued with them for months and months. I made a payment to them of £26.00 for a book, which they told me was no longer available. Eventually, they claimed I had never made the payment. This was a cheque, which they cashed, but was too far back at the time of the argument to show on a bank statement who had cashed it.
I can't believe these people are still trading now I've seen all these complaints!
