Esure are a company I would well advise people to steer clear of. I cancelled my policy and was advised that a bill would be sent for the outstanding amount owed. Imagine my suprise when after just two weeks a debt collection agency sent me a letter threatening court action! I contacted ensure and was informed that it was standard practice for them to do this. This is a shoddy was to run a business. I will never insure with them again. Esure also charge you £25 to amend a policy (name, address etc) so beware of this also.
