I often browse the onine store and head to my local store but I saw a fantastic offer (not often with toys r us as I usually see things at a similar price elsewhere). I ordered, received my confirmation email then a despatch email with a delivery date. Unfortunately the goods didn't arrive until 3 days after the said date. Links to the site don't seem to work either so it's hard to show family via email. Other than that a good experience.
