My home club East Grinstead La Fitness has just been sold to another gym called NuYuu. My membership with La Fitness is about to be terminated without my prior consent. I rang head office as I was instructed to do, only to be treated badly by a customer service representative who basically told me that he didn't know much about it other than that my membership had been passed to NuYuu and that he could not help me as I had chosen to no longer be a member of La Fitness(NOT TRUE). I was one of the very first members of La Fitness and I feel like I have been kicked in the teeth. If I want to try to stay with La Fitness I have to pay an administrative fee to rejoin.

To say I am peeved is putting it mildly. I am not giving up on this one, and will go all the way to the top if I have to.
