virgin , you need to answer the phone , and not keep people on hold for 15 minutes plus !! we are customers , keep treating us this way & we will go elsewhere !
i ordered a k770i , for my wife who was on payg . the handset came 2 days later,& they sent TWO . i rang& explained this , they said it wasnt a problem they would send a jiffy bag to return extra handset, this would take 3-5 "working days ". i checked the account online & was dismayed to find they had charged me for delivery twice , & set up TWO direct debits !!!
to keep this tale short, i will forgo all the details , but after a MONTH of calls & emails & letter to the directors ,no jiffy bag arrived . i had to get trading standards involved , only then did the magic jiffy bag arrive . even then i had to argue about getting my money refunded for calls & letters . they even managed to mess that up ! All i was trying to do was be honest & return there duplicate handset . seems honesty isnt the best policy ,as i ended up out of pocket . CANNOT RECOMMEND - AVOID
