I am quite surprised by some of the negative reviews I have read about ACF on here and other sites. As at first, was a bit skeptical if to go to my appointment. However, had been turned down at other garages and had been treated like dirt and they were very disrespectful. But to my delight Andy at the east midlands branch was very friendly, helpful and clear on the process. Had my finance set up within the hour and drove away the same afternoon. Yes the apr is higher but was expected, as my credit is not that good. Needed an automatic and a lower engine size than what they had in stock, to my delight they went and fetched me one what was suitable from their Manchester branch for the same afternoon. Thought this was an excellent service. Actually enjoyed the experience, had a good laugh with the salesperson and was made to feel like a valued customer. So thankyou ACF it made a delightful change and certainly will go back.
