I bought two maxi dresses on 25 sept 09 from Oli which were delivered on 28 Sept 09. The speed of delivery could not be faulted. I rang the courier to return the item but as I was not able to be at home the courier told me to leave the parcel on my doorstep which is not really the most secure place to leave anything, I asked the courier to give me a rough time of arrival but this could not be done. I ended up taking the parcel to the post office and incurring the postal charge. I then rang customer service to enquire how long it takes for a refund to take place, the lady sharply said I dont know, i asked for a rough idea she was again very sharp. i told her she was very rude, she told me i had an attitude problem, i wont use them ever again, i will never recommend them to my friends as they do not appear to invest in staff who can deal with customers politely and effecively.
