Ordered kitchen TV from Digital Empire. Website said it was in stock. 7 days later no tv, phoned up and was told out of stock, so I said I wanted a refund. So not only did they not have what they claimed on the website, it took me phoning them up to tell me. Approaching 3 weeks later and no refund, waiting for 4 weeks and then will take legal action.
