A very bad company that doesn't answer to a complaint. I will never book a car at Budget! They gave us a very filthy car with a broken mirror although we booked the car a month before. When we made the complaint, they said they had no company that can repair the car! Only after we said, that we would like to give back the car, they told us to come on the next day to get another car. So we had a whole day of our holidays lost in driving to and from Budget. As we wanted a refund for this, we didn't get any answer. Very poor for a company like Budget. They should spend not so much money in advertisment, they should try to satisfy customer!
