We used Resort Hoppa when arriving at Dalaman airport on 10/9/2009. HAd booked online in UK, and received clear directions in a confirmation e-mail. Resort Hoppa stand easy to find, the only one with a canopy. Staff pleasant and helfpul, drive loaded our bags. We were supposed to be collecting another couple, but they didn't show up, so we had a mimubus all to ourselves.
On return journey, we had to meet at a newrby landmark (supermarket) as Resort Hoppa said they did not know our villa (although they had delivered us there 10 days ealier!). But it was OK, and the minibus was comfortable and a friendly driver. Would definitely use them again and have already recommended to friends who are travelling to the same airport soon.
