Received my order damaged. Rang Harveys and was given a number to ring as this department did not deal with damaged goods. Rang the new number given and was told to ring the orginal number. This went on for an hour between the two numbers. Talk about fobbed off. I only got a response when I asked for Head office address to start legal action. I was told that someone would ring me but again I had to ring them and was promised a call today which hasn't happened. I am now going to start a claim through the small claims court. I will never order from them ever!
