I tried to book a flight from Paris to Milan online through ebookers and after going through all the steps on the final confirmation it sent me back to home page, and no confirmation number, or email with confirmation. I waited for couple of hrs and then called, (also took me forever to find customer care number - the only number they have on th website is a local number you can't call from US) but they had NO CLUE if it went through or not, agent start booking another ticket, then while I am still on the phone I received an email confirmation directly from EasyJet. Stll dont know which booking it was. My online booking or through the agent, nether did agent new himself what's going on. I thought I will be charged twice.
+ they told me I will have enough time to make a connection - but it was NOT!
+ they never told me fee for every checked bag is doubled at the airport. And on top they didn't even asked me over the phone if I have any luggage.
Then I contact customer service - THEY CAN'T help me - NO REFUND! And they blame each other Ebookers - EasyJet, EasyJet - Ebookers!
BOTH HORRIBLE!!! I will never fly Easy Jet or book through ebookers.com EVER AGAIN!
And I will NOT RECOMMEND it to YOU my friend! Stay away from them!
They website hardly works and customer care - DO NOT CARE! All they care is about your money!
