Tiscali Broadband have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I canceled the account early and the representative told me that we would not have to pay the remaining length of our contract due to our circumstances. We where then charged for 2 months of broadband even after our phone line was canceled. I then spent hours on the phone to customer services and even had to send a letter to obtain a refund at which point they told me they would nor refund as we were in a contract.

customer services don't have one english speaking representative and i would rather pay more for better service then for cheap broadband with no service at all.

mark my words, avoid at all costs.
