Don't go near digital empire - cheapest prices, then no delivery and an 0871 number which is exorbitant. Ordered my bluray DVD and told it was in stock wiht immediate delivery. 7 days later no sign of it. I phone up and they tell me, v sorry etc, and guarantee a date when it will be delivered. I take a day off work (holiday!) and no delivery turns up. I phone up and given aload of apologies, but again, a week later, still no DVD player. I then try to cancel and still haven't received a refund two months later.
