My mortgage broker intoduced me to Abbey as they were the cheapest at the time, since then I have had 6 mortgage offers and not one is correct.
Unfortunatly time has now run out for me as I move in 3 weeks and I can not wait any longer for another offer (which would probably be wrong also) and have had to get an additonal loan for 6k to boost my deposit just because of Abbey's mistakes.
Soon as I have moved I will be complaining and just pray they can fix everything after the event, attempting this now would delay the move and leave me homeless for a period of time.
PLEASE ABBEY SORT YOURSELVES OUT.
