Orchardleigh House is a lovely venue, great atmosphere but poor communication.Despite written & verbal notification they set up too many tables which caused confusion, setting up, florist going away & making up extra etc. Breakfast was shambolic, despite knowing number of guests staying they only laid tables for 60 & were slow to relay so people ended up having to eat in the hall, ran out of tea, coffee, plates, juice etc because no one was overseeing. Gave impression that once you have paid they did not care. No response to e mail again- says it all not concerned with follow up. Great place but you need to be terrier like!
