After continually phoning to complain about a bill and being informed no one was available as everyone was in a meeting. I was then asked to leave my details and they would get back to me, this never happened and yet again I had to contact them to get the problem resolved. I then complained on their website that states "all complaints will be dealt with within 24 hours" (yet another lie). If this is the quality of service from the call centre and complaints department I dread to think how accurate the information is on my next bill. This could have been resolved by ensuring procedures were in place to answer all calls and returning them if required and ensuring information delivered to clients is concise and accurate, rather than a pack of lies. Thanks for nothing British Gas
