i am severly unhappy with direct line car insurance, it took them nine months and three cancelled policies in order for them to grant me my no claims bonus despite sending the relevant documents on four seperate occasions, i feel swindled out of money and have now lost six months on my no claims bonus, to top it all off their customer service is appauling and all this messing around has cost me in excess of £300!!!
