There was a time when i recommended Streamline.net to clients but not after they refused to unlock my domain name for transfer. I've never dealt with such an incompetent bunch of idiots in my life. I mean customer service was just Nil. My site was constantly down and i never once got compensated. In the end I transferred all my sites to Mediatemple, you pay more but boy is it worth it. When i signed up to Mediatemple they were having some teething problems with their new Grid system and my site went down for a few hours, i wasn't too concerned as i knew they we're doing their best to sort the system out, next minute i get an email saying they want to give me 1 years free hosting - thats $200 worth of hosting for the inconvenience i went through. Now Mediatemples a good hosting company, stay as far away from streamline as possible! They couldn't even organise a christmas party!
