we arrived at palma airport on september the 21 , we had prebooked a tranafere with resothopper . we were sent to our mini bus which was minibus number 67 the time was around 12 pm , when we got to the bus there was no driver present , so we proceeded to put our luggage in the boot , w3hen the driver returned this seemed to annoy him very much , he told us to get off the bus and remove our luggage , which we did , after hwich he put it all back in the same place .we carried on with our journey to sa coma staying at the playa apartments .which we have been told should have been thje first drop off point.he took us on all his drop offs and made our bus ride into two hours , not funny we shall think seriously before we use you again , on our return to the airport the journey took 55 minutes .
