Took Admiral Car Insurance 10 months to settle my claim. Staff are utter rubbish and their claims department seem far too eager to want to settle all claims on a 50/50 basis, even when the other driver admitted fault in front of witnesses! They may be cheap, but you don't get good service and the "dedicated claims staff" never seem available. In the 10 months, I had several claims handlers, none had bothered to read the file.
