Just made a claim with supercover. Took out the insurance in may to cover me against loss, damage, theft etc. They have now told me that due to a change in my policy im not covered against loss and that they had sent me a letter to tell me this. I did not recieve any letter and I'm now left without an iphone that will cost me hundreds to replace.
