If I could give Dixons on line zero stars I would. Ordered product that indicated in stock and paid for a delivery
from the on- line site to be on the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and no delivery. Phoned Dixons several
times using their paid 084 no where promises were made that they would phone back. E-mailed them several times with no response. Five days later they said delivery would definitely be in 2 days times. How wrong were they.
Dixons again did not respond to my concerns, except it had been dispatched via DHL, and would again be delivered on the following day After again waiting in all day, and a phone call to DHL and more empty promises,
the item turned up at 8pm delivered in a sports car by someone who did not looked like a courier--but the car was nice.
The cost of attempting to receive a paid on the day delivery that took 2 weeks on the wrong day----Phone calls
to dixons 084 Nos.£8.50.

Try not to be lured by Dixons so called cheap prices--you may be lucky.

One development Dixons phoned to say they would refund the delivery. They have at least on concerned Customer Person and I thank her. As for the rest of the operation BEWARE
