I decided to leave a review since the ones I found when I searched were all pretty bad and I wanted to highlight our good experience. After much consideration we decided to go with a bed frame from Harveys, we preferred a mattress from elsewhere so only bought the bed frame. The bed was advertised at £439 with a £59 delivery charge and we ended up paying £419 for the bed including delivery which we were very happy with. We were told to expect delivery within 2-5 weeks and received a call after 2 days to say the bed would be delivered today, only 9 days after ordering.
The delivery also included assembly of the bed and removal of all the packing materials which I feel is a very good service.
We have had a fantastic experience with Harveys so please, if you are thinking of ordering with them, don't just look at the bad reviews and avoid them. Give them a chance.
